Sapphire Crazy Town

Just got off the phone with my inside source. They are losing customers left and right! A guy (great customers, a regular who spends thousands) went outside to smoke a cigarette and was chatting with my friend. He had makeup on his body from head to toe, to the point where there's no way he could have gone home like that. So S said she would take his shirt to be dry-cleaned and she would bring it back to him or he could come and get it or whatever. He had on a tshirt under the shirt. He was like, "what about my jeans?" she said, so what?! It just looks like dirt.
So they go to walk back inside and the bouncer, Floyd, is like- you can't go back in there looking like that!
"looking like what?"
"All covered in makeup..you can't walk in like that."
Meanwhile, the makeup was CAUSED by an entertainer in the club, the one he had just left from!
One thing leads to another and Nick walks out- Now Nick happens to be friends with the guy, Joe- and instead of telling Floyd to bite it, and tell him he's wrong, he just tries to calm down Joe (the customer). WTF? No wonder he was never a good manager. He CAN'T MANAGE.
In the end, the customer gets all his friends to come out and he swears he'll never return. No one at the club offers to dry-clean his club, no free drinks/bottles, no apologies. NOTHING>
Joe swears he's never going back, and hasn't since.
Geez.

I also find out that entertainers aren't getting paid on house accounts until the customer pays off the account. (scratching head now...)
So I guess when the girls go in the room and get settled, normally they get their money pretty much up front. I guess the host is telling the girls that 'they will take care of it' and they'll get their money later. If I were them, I would tell the customer that "sorry, I have to leave the room now. See, since you are a house account, we don't get paid until you pay off your debt, and I can't put my trust in the club that that's going to happen..."
Can you believe that? WTF?
