Red

I only see red in this place. I need to beat her at her own game. I am working tonight, and I am going to start coming in two times a week instead of 1. Fuck this shit. I am going back to the way it was. And I will find girls who want to hang out and hit the clubs with me. I am so freaking angry right now I am just waiting for her to say something to me.

She was like, what's wrong? I said, nothing I want to discuss right now (and I was thinking: or in the near future, or EVER). Then she came by and tried to ask what was wrong and give me a hug, I was like, get away from me. I said it a bit more politely though.

Just asked if she's working tonight, she said no. MY GOODNESS. Must be some sort of miracle! She's not working a THURSDAY night?

Annoying

I agree with the fact that I don't quite know what I want in here, but I definitely know what I DON'T want- and I don't like the fact that Tara is handling events here. I have asked for the past 4 years that we do outside events. No, I find out that we are going to be involved in a boxing championship thing down on wall street, and she is handling it? What the fuck? I approached Mark about it and he had a fucking yack attack, saying that sid sent over an email asking to send someone down to wall street for the event. Meanwhile, you DICK FUCK, I work down there, and would have easily been able to go. He came back at me saying that Oh, you only want to go to what you want to go to- I was like, what's wrong with that? Like, what is the big deal if I say, hey, I'm not comfortable with that event. He was like, well- what if I NEED you to go to an event and you don't like it? I was like, well- that has NEVER happened, because in the past few years you haven't asked me to do anything. He OF COURSE brought up all this old shit that makes no relevant sense what so ever- he is just talking out his ass and trying to push me out. Why can't we have events outside of the club? What the fuck? I fucking despise him.

Retarded Customers

Yesterday a customer called in to say that an odd thing had happened: he was charged $13.20 on his credit card, yet he was never in here! Well, that is strange, especially for such a small amount. Joe called the guy, asked him if he had his card in his posession, the guy said yes- hmmm... then J asked for the last 4 digits of his credit card and all that jazz so he could look up the info. Well, we have the receipt, WITH an imprint of the card. Now, how in the world would there be an imprint of the card if he was never here, AND he still has his card.
When asked this question, the customer simply said, Well, I can't explain how that happened.

The dick head was LYING.

Turns out he was here (obviously) but he was upset that there was a $400 extra charge (pending) on his card. Well, that's because we pre-authorize cards here for $400 to make sure the customer has enough to cover his bill. It goes off in a few days.

If the guy had just stated this in the first place, we would have no problem. But because the guy ademantly denied EVER being in a strip club, Joe did not help him to remove the charges right away. That asshole will just have to wait the 2-3 days for it to be clean. HA.

Response to Scare

Last night I left the club to find Mo, and I gave him the run-down of what was going on. I didn't want him to get in trouble, and I really wanted him to understand the severity of what was happening. I didn't give him any names, I told him he would find out himself tonight, when 2 people didn't show up for work. He thought it was himself in trouble, I said I knew nothing about that, but really I was warning him, big time.

Found out that J and T met up with MD last night to discuss what was going on. Nothing too opinionated was told, mostly factual about the situation. J and T have known MD for a long time. Originally I thought that he was warned, and THEN this happened. Turns out, that he was told NOT to anything in his right ear, and in his left ear he was told it was ok. Figures. Of course it's ok to do things in here when it benefits the club. OF COURSE.
Meanwhile, J is pretty sure that MD taped the conversation (this was thought about and discussed with T this morning) because he was playing with his phone the entire time- meaning, there is a voice-record option on most cells and they are pretty sure he was using this. I'm not sure what this all means.

Today- J and I discussing things: that M is in the hot seat, that because he is all-knowing in here, that 'people' are coming down on him. Serves him right. I don't feel bad for him ONE BIT. He has brought this upon himself. He has known since the beginning about all the crap/drug use/sex in this place, and he has chosen to cover it up. J and I both said, that if it were up to us, we would tell the customer to get the fuck out. I mean, geeeez.... would the club really miss the income? How many whales are there that wouldn't hang out in here if there weren't drugs available? And would it truly make a difference financially? Would it be terrible to make 5 million instead of 7 million? Yet, have a clear conscience? Not endanger both employees and customers? Not put anyone in this position of possible indictment and interrigation? M really needs to get his act together. He has no one to blame but himself. He doesn't even drink or do drugs. God forbid he tell a customer to leave. No, he rather roll his eyes, turn a bling eye, laugh it off and encourage the selling of drugs/sex to customers. All to make a few extra dollars. All so he doesn't look LIKE THE BAD GUY. All so that people will LIKE HIM. God forbid that someone not like him, he flips and justifies everything.
It is going to rain hard in here, and I KNEW IT WOULD HAPPEN.

Crazy, but predictable shizzz

Monday- weirdness happens.

A female customer asks a barback for drugs. He was like, HUH? (obviously, wrong person to ask, though he probably looked as though he was part of the Escobar family). Meanwhile, he went and told a couple of people and Willie, from security, basically told them to enjoy their meal, but after they need to take their party elsewhere. Hmmm.

Secondly, entertainer says to Mark in conversation, that she wasn't having a good night. Mark says, why? The entertainer says because she has a customer who wants to go in a room but he wants coke, and can't find Charlie. Hmmm.

Finally, Tara said that upstairs, there were a group of guys looking for 'nasty' and 'raunchy' entertainers. Insisting on them. Meanwhile, apparently they looked like normal everyday guys. Mark of course, because he IS a know-it-all, says that they aren't undercover, bc then they would ask the entertainers and not our staff. uhh, since when has it become legal to be a pimp???

Today, Wednesday.

Mark and Joe go into a major meeting. Apparently there is a major crackdown on drugs. Charlie and Mike D are going to be suspended for one month. This is definitely crazy news! Someone whispered in Marks ear that there is going to be a crackdown, or as I heard it- an investigation. Willie is going to handle from the inside, and for once, we are going to be pro-active in nipping it in the bud before the officials come in.
I gave Mo a warning in the office. I hope he takes it seriously. I'm sure he will once he realizes those two are gone.
Also, they are cutting down on things in general. If we know you, you are a customer of ours, and you go into a room and happen to have your own drugs, then no problem. If you are a new customer, and we don't know you (of course), there will be NO drugs bought/sold in here. Same goes with the prostitution. 2 entertainers were also fired because of the prostitution/drug thing. They were blatant about it, flaunting it.
We can't stop people from doing it, it's virtually impossible, but we can certainly prevent the EASE and ACCESSIBILITY of it.
